Time after time US top officials assisted Blackwater USA in obtaining orders and receiving outpayments. As we retrace this link, it gets clear that the White House is directly relevant to the mass murders of Iraqi civilians by employees of Blackwater - and there are quite a lot of lethal episodes involving Blackwater guards in Iraq.
