  1. Idobbin, I applaud your comments. My professional life and my family were ruined by a patronage ambassador of Mulroney in Cameroon, as qualified as this Binn fellow... (Idobbin, you may distribute it ot all you merfis links). On the ocassion of Mulroney defaming Trudeau this week, I have sent the following press release that I hope will chill your bones. The Tory corruption is criminal, cynical and unlimited. Here goes my press release: PRESS RELEASE ON THE CORRUPTION OF MULRONEY. I present this press release in the form of an interview to allow latitude to all Media. The ultra reactionary-neo-fascist-corporate-media may call me and record an interview attacking my facts (902-448-7417), The democratic Press may call me to record a very searching interview, scrutinizing ferociously all the facts I expose in this written text, firmly defending the constitutional rights of Mulroney to democratic free speech in Canada. One or the other media will mark rating points over the CTV that intends to present a “documentary on the historical legacy of Mulroney” which, in my view is non-existent. This text is being emailed to all the Opposition Members in the House of Commons [except the bloc], (for them to distribute to their media contacts) and in a methodical manner to all the media online and newspapers, without attention to their political colors or their dependence on the present neo-fascist government of Harper. ------------- Q: You have contacted us to tell the Nation about an incident in Cameroon involving an Ambassador of Canada, who in your opinion was a corrupted patronage appointee of Mulroney. Is that so? A: Yes. I was in Cameroon between 1983 and 1988 under contract as permanent professor of Engineering in the University of Yaoundé. The coup-d’etat of 1985 against President Paul Biya a well respected democratic statesman that was preventing the intervention of colonial France. This artificial revolt happened by the French bribery of the Presidential Guard. The loyal Army contained the revolt in a few hours, all the members of the presidential guard landed in jail and facing firing squads and the French professors (most of them secret servicemen of France) either managed to escape to Paris with the help of their Embassy or were caught by the army and jailed to be tried by the military in a summary court martial. Q: What happened to you, professor? A: As a white man, I was confused for a French Secret Serviceman because I worked with French professor-secret-servicemen in the Faculty of Engineering. I and my wife took refugee in the Canadian Embassy where I was served an order of arrest by the Army that had taken complete control of the country. The Consul General of Canada in that Embassy was a career diplomat who negotiated with the soldiers and promised to release me under their command a few hours later, because they had the constitutional obligation to take out of Cameroon my wife against whom there was no claim by the interim military government. Q: The Embassy is territory of Canada and you should have been protected by the Consul and should have been helped to leave Cameroon with your wife. That is the constitution obligation of all Consulates of Canada in environments of violence, war, revolt or mutiny. Why not you? A: The Ambassador – a patronage chum of Mulroney – declared me with the elegance of neo-fascist parasites that I was a damned, stupid immigrant and that I should be kicked out of the Canadian Embassy; and I was…. My wife arrived to the shelter of her family in Madrid but soon enough when she heard that I was in prison in the dungeons of Cameroon fell into a nervous breakdown of which she has never recovered. Once kicked out of the Embassy, the soldiers guarding it arrested me and put me in jail, which was an enclosure with wired barriers on bare ground. There were no hygienic facilities and reptiles and insects crept all over it, under a sun-heat of over 40 degrees C. It was a dantesque enclosure that even today, 20years later, gives me regular nightmares. A: Can you give the name of that Ambassador. R: Yes I could, but this would become my word against his. No the records of the Consulate have this history precisely recorded and you and all journalists and politicians can obtain a copy through the access to information Act. That is irrefutable evidence, not an “I say he says game of empty words”… To save time, I suggest that we move on with this Machiavellian story of misfits, scoundrels and perjurers of the political environment of Mulroney… Once back in Canada in 1988 repatriated by a son of mine after three years kidnapping by Cameroon, I landed in Canada to live sheltered in the home of another son in Moncton, NB, without an iota of social services help… But that is a story that I will disclose in my testimony in the public legal enquiry that the Opposition will institute. The Bloc is an extinct party without a leader and the Opposition not counting the Bloc holds majority on Parliament. They can establish that commission of enquiry before the next electoral campaign. The highlights of the Canadian period of the ordeal of my family are the many lies, defamation and perjuries that a particular CSIS cop played in laying false and malicious charges against me for “menacing to kill Mulroney” and putting me in jail. The circus trial in the Provincial Court of Moncton was a misfired shot. A noble and fair judge saw through the fraud and did not give a 5 year sentence with release under surveillance of the CSIS but merely tapped my wrist with a peace bond for a year and my internship in a psychiatric residence to get assistance on a serious nervous breakdown (help that I needed badly). I will complete the litany of details of this part of our ordeal when I testify under oath in the public judiciary enquiry that must be called urgently. In the meantime, the record of that trial in Moncton is there as permanent official evidence of the veracity of my story. Also the records of the RCMP map the strategy of CSIS to trap me into a sanatorium of mentally alienated patients. I imagine that the next public legal inquiry will please Mr. Arar who is an admirable brave and gentle Canadian, and it would help to clear his name a little further from the eternal lies of the Bush war criminals. Let me add that I extend my sympathy to Justin Trudeau and all his family for the coward actions of Mulroney to insult the memory of an extinct Prime Minister who was by far the greatest statesman that Canada ever had. Because of the gravity of Mulroney’s affront to Canada and all Canadians, I challenge him to a debate on the veracity of my story in a town hall meeting. We will have only a moderator and all questions would come from the floor. I respectfully suggest that Justin Trudeau should do the same to put the coward of Mulroney in his place for good, and to clear the memory of his father from the stigma of a spineless, vane and arrogant political fraud. I thank this medium for the opportunity to speak up. Jorge Torrealba, Halifax, NS. [email protected] 902-448-7417

  3. Cannuck E. Stan, I check in the members list and you have no particular authority to give order to your equals. Fibbing is a kinder word that liar used profusely by the Hon, Premier of NL, when he gives conferences in Universities advising the young generation that they must vote or anybody but conservative. Kindly email me the rules of this INVISION and the names of those that have authorioty to establish rules. You use my real name which I purposely gave in a previous comment as a tangential menace of the dictatordship in which you dwell. Best regards, flaquisimo.
  4. It is always a reactionary strategy to target minor details to avoid the subject of the comments. I really do not care if Chretien, Mulroney or Martin always respected the House, becaus they are equally uncanadians as Harper. The mission inherited by Harper was non belligerant and he obeyed Bush and made it belligerant without consultation of the House and with the massive death of brave and honorable Canadian Soldiers. That point is important if we are discussing the next federal election - which is the subject of this column - not a learned discussion on the meticulous recent history as recorded by the reactionary press. My comments are oriented to affirm that Danny Williams is absolutely right: We must all remember ABC (anybody but conservative). Williams proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that George W. Harper is a liar, and his word and signature are worth nothing. That's the central point of the subject of this debate and the petty details, tangents and arrogant irony by reactionaries show the weakness of the supporters of a fraudulent government totally subordinated to the mentally unbalanced Bush. Sorry, reactionaries, I am concerned with the next election, not with the fate of your present fraud in Ottawa. flaquisimo
  5. It would appear that the problem is neither Bush or Clinton, but Canada's own political process...so dependent on the American foils to define itself. Your last sentence makes sense. The rest made me laugh. Clinton was a rogue but he fostered realistic objectives that were considered favorably but our politicians, even if joining Clinton was not in the interest of Canada. That was a political choice approved by the House of Commons. Now, you are talking of Harper obeying to a man that is considered all over the world as a mentally derailed despot that went to war on Irak lying to the Senate, the Congress, the American people and the whole world. Because George W. Harper is listening to his American boss Canadians are dying like flies in Afghanistan in a new mission not approved by the House and with a budget given to a lobbyist that was not even dis cussed in the House. Mulroney, Chretien and Martin betrayed Canada with the approval of the House of Commons. Their action was bad but was constitutional. Fibbing Harper has betrayed Canada and all Canadians giving the finger to Parliament. His betrayal is criminal and unconstitutional on top of it. flaquisimo
  6. Dear Angus, Even if I disagree with your wrong comparison of Mulroney and Trudeau I let it stand because what happened in those times is ancient history. Now, we are preparing to have an election that will make or break Canada, and we must make a choice with the facts of today. Dion is considered ineperience and not a political animal like fibbing Mr. Harper. Harper has proven to be George W. Harper and Dion has proven to be honest, intelligent, factual and educated in matters that are of extreme global importance today. We have to make a choice between an American politician disguised as a Canadian, and a legitimate Canadian that has prepared himself for the job. I believe that the majority of Canadians, mainly thanks to the patriotic and courageous stand of Mr. Danny Williams, are viewing mr. George W. Harper for what he is and they will not entrust him again with the government of Canada. So, Angus, difamate Trudeau as you wish. Digging skeletons in the past will not make Harper a credible leader or a trustworthy Prime Minister. flaquisimo
  7. Michael, I feel that you have a very realistic view of the next election. Political parties - the reactionary as well as the democratic ones - are really private clubs to advance the interest of the inner sanctum of the parties. Polical parties are the antitesis of democracy because they divide the people and the society becomes a bunch of groups fighting for power for the sake of power. The most you can expect - as I proposed to launch this interesting debate - is a temporary coalition of the center and left to defeat the present reactionary government of Harper. Once in power, the coalition would implement all the promises on which they would have won, and then they can disband to return to politics as a fight among priviledged groups that want to have power over the others. If not, Bush will continue governing Canada. Flaquisimo
  8. Dear Fortunata, You are aboslutely right. We don't need to guess what Harper might do if he gets a majority government. It is enough to see what he has done in the year and a half of his minority government. Is Mr. Danny William lying to all the Canadian electors when he tells that he can prove that Harper is a liar and his word and his signature are not trustworthy? Is the minister Beard telling the truth about global warming and polutrion control in Canada when he speaks vaguely about what Canada would do to save the future of our children? Is the Minister Van something being honest when he refuses to answer all questions in question period and he always retorts with his broken record about the majority of liberals in the Senate? In the times of Mulroney there were a lot of conservative senators pushed by him to the Senate. If he did not achieve majority it is because the electorate throwed him out and left the Conservatives in the House reduced two merely two, before he could complete his nomination of conservative senators. The litany is long but we may conclude noticing that the change of the mission of our troops that are dying in Afghanistan was made without consulting the House. That was unconstitutional as it is the enormous budget for the military without approval of the House. Fortunata, it is easy to forget when you have anti-Canada, pro-American feelings, regarding the catastrophe for Canada and all Canadians that is the government of George W. Harper. Best regards, flaquisimo
  9. Hi, all the commentaztors, I am delighted that there has been so much negative reaction to a proposal for democratic proportional representation. I have been looking in the internet since the catastrophe of the Harper Government for a group of reactionaries that I could amuse myself with their reactions. I believe in democracy, nationalism, political independence from Washington. freedom of trading with reciprocal bilateral partners, in fact, with all the things that used to be Canadian objectives until Mulroney gave Canada as a personal gift to his chum Reagan, the sublime actor that he never knew that he was really the elected president of the USA. Non reactionaries read also invision. They will evaluate who is right and who is wrong. The increasing poverty in Canada is an inheritnace of reactionary governments such as Mulroney. Chretien, Martin and presently the fibbing Mr. Harper. Education is now available to the offsprings of filthy rich reactionaries, and the physical characteristics of Canada are attacked lby the Multinationals of dementend Mr. Bush. I am glad that most of the commentators believe I am speaking tongue in cheeck because, eitherwise, we should all commit suicide. Good like fellows, enjoy your wrongly acquired provileges and keep laughing at Canada and Canadians. Jorge Torrealba (Flaquisimo).
  10. Jawapank I read you again and I must admit that you make sense. Sorry, the next time I will try to diggest you style because in spite of appearing to me to be right, it is a little confusing and there too many subjects alined. Anyhow, pal, I will learn to read you. Regards, Jorge
  11. Jawapunk I enjoy your sarcasm. Of course, all demagogues in all our political parties only want power. However, serious people like Mr. Zuzuki, Mr. Gore etc. indicate that our politics must let science ste in to rescue the future of the planet. The liking or dislikings of politicians have no meaning in the real problem of Humanity. The concept of coalition exists in several advanced democracies of Europe. In Canada we have never had coalision because we are not a democracy but a reactionary tirany of power against power ignoring the needs of Canada or canadians. If we are a democracy and if we feel responsible for the future we must abandon politicking and we must grow up to the physical reality of the planet. That's what I think, Jawapunk, and I have no intention of showing off anything that I do not possess. Jo9rge
  12. I believe that the next election will make or break Canada. The opposition parties must be responsible to all electors and asure us that they will wipe out the regime of Harper, owned by G.W. Bush who is a puppet of the multinationals that created global warming and polution that is poisoning the planet. To that effect, I have sent a suggestion to the three leaders of the national democratic parties which I paste here for all members comments: Secretariat of Mr. Dion, with pertinent copies. Respected Leaders of the Liberal, NDP and Green Parties, Mr. Danny Williams, Hon NL Premier, has been eloquent in persuading most Canadian electors that in the next election the conservatives must be expelled from Parliament, because of their betrayal of Canada and of the rights of all Canadians. The majority favorable to contain the present conservative fraud is evident in every community, even if the corporate press hides the polls that demonstrate that the conservatives are around 10 points below the Liberals on the grass roots of the electorate. The adoption of a Democratic electoral system of proportional representation will facilitate the objectives to: 1) Elect Mr. Dion as the Prime Minister because he is honest, has solutions for the problems and is capable to act and take decisions, 2) Give proportional representation in Parliament to the other democratic parties, the NDP and the Green, as members of the governing coalition, and 3) Give the Conservatives the Opposition with the number of MPs that corresponds exactly to the lowest percentage that they will receive in the next election. The Opposition today which is presently a majority not counting the Bloc could pass a reform to the electoral system of Canada and achieve proportional representation in the House of Commons. There are many formulas existing in advanced democracies and the coalition of Liberals, NDPs and Greens could adopt the simplest which is the national percentage must be reflected in the final structure of the House. For instance, in the next election nationally the Liberals may obtain 35%, the conservatives 30%, the NDP 25% and the Green 10% (I ignore the bloc for simplicity of numbers). If the House has 305 MPs, the Liberals would sit 107, the Conservatives 92, the NDP 77 and the Green would sit 30, which give 306 because there are no fractioned MPs. Well, the next Parliament will have 306 members. The leaders must now make a formal honorable agreement to go to the elections as a democratic coalition that would represent all Canadians. One week before the election, in every riding the three presidents must evaluate the status of the campaign, and withdraw the two candidates that are rated 2nd and 3rd in the coalition. The Conservatives who are destined to be the Opposition can do whatever they wish with their members. It will not affect the results and, in the example, will fatally get 92 MPs, probably none of them ex ministers, but new comers of the progressive wing of the party that today does not exist. The coalition is an emergency in the present political circus. It must be a temporary, disciplined association of responsible political entities that go to the House to represent the Canadian people and to honor their electoral commitments by implementing the solutions that deserved the attention and the vote of the electorate. In that coalition the Liberals would have overall responsibility in Foreign Affairs, Trade, Defense, in ensuring the fiscal equality among provinces and territories, and would manage the standards of excellence of Medicare, Social Services and Education. The members in the Coalition are: 107 + 77 +30 = 214, and their percentages at the interior of the group are 50% liberal ministers, 36% NDP Ministers and 14% Green Ministers. The coalition must remain united and bonded until all the electoral promises have been implemented. After that, the parties may recover their independence if they so wish because the Coalition was temporary necessary to rescue the Nation from the catastrophe of Harper. I am sure that the three political parties of this mythical coalition may think that I am dreaming in Technicolor. Those politicians in the three parties that could be considered statespersons may appreciate that either the political parties discipline themselves in a democratic coalition accountable to the electorate, or they will ruin the future by allowing the fraud of Harper to continue as cynically as is being paraded today. This is the only solution that will sustain the proposals of Mr. Danny Williams. Politicians must cut themselves to size: Global Warming demands statespersons. The demagogues of all the political parties in Canada (that are too many) are now a vanishing species. You must all retain that the catastrophic political emergency is real as long as Harper is permitted to expand the fraud of his Government and that there is still time to approve in the House an electoral law that will give Canada proportional representation. Respectfully, Jorge Torrealba, Halifax, NS. Cc: The Three Leaders, Mr. Danny Williams, NL Premier, Presidents of the three political parties.
  13. We all know that whatever harper says is a lie, so it is not worth to answer to such nonsense. As an argument against the Conservative dicatatorship, I have suggested to the three leader of democratic parties in the House of Commos what in publish below, hoping that my fellow members will critisize my opinion to death: Hello. 14. I sent the three leaders of the democratic parties in the House the following suggestion that I hope invision members will evaluate and add their critical comments. Secretariat of Mr. Dion, with pertinent copies.
