Hi, I would like to post some messages in French...Is this website for all Canadians? I see Quebec as part of Canada....a French province...that's it. To me, all provinces make up Canada. We are Canada and not the U.S or another country....I speak French and would like to post in French when I can...As you know federally speaking, we are officially bilingual.... Thank you. Virgina
