The best option for Israel is to devise a way to go back in time and alter the diet of our ancient mammal ancestors so that we evolve to only requier the consumption of grown food, instead of meat. Obviously the consumption of meat has encouraged a large part of our cruel nature. The absence of it might have made us slightly more peaceful. (the curious thoughts is... Is my absurd solution any less easier to obtain then some of the solutions that could be suggested?)
