How can anyone with multiple properties be allowed to vote in any riding they have a utility bill for? How can anyone be allowed to show up and use a hand written paper to vote and no copies of that paper are taken? This election is a sham from beginning to end and the proper anti fraud measures that were required were definitely not in place. Why is that? incompetence or dishonesty?

I do not know how anyone is surprised by this , harper is a dishonest despot
