But regardless, whether he's joking about a 14 year old, or an 18 year old, their still kids, and kids should be off-limits for political attacks/jokes.

However, there's still a waiting list for newborn babies. So everyone remember, it's better to put your baby up for adoption then kill it. He/She will find a home.No, they are not babies. The article did point that out. Only about 1700 will be adopted and most of them will be infants. Older, non-aborted fetuses have a much harder time... less "cute" I guess.
If those who do not believe in abortion would at the very least prove what they have done for living breathing children, maybe their argument would stand.... but alas, they do not care about breathing children, only fetuses in wombs.
You can whine and cry all you want.. until you actually do something to help these "breathing" children, you have not a leg to stand on.
And wy haven't those older children been adopted? Are they not as "valuable" as fetuses or newborns? If there are so many people concerned about keeping fetuses safe, why not help post-fetal humans? Because YOU cannot be burdened, you want someone else to carry the burden.

Ok, so some people will become mentally ill if they ingest marijauna... is this enough to continue incarcerating people for smoking it?
People do many things that may possibly be harmful to them, yet we do not treat these people as criminals. Why are we still treating marijuana smokers as criminals? Surely you do not believe that smoking something (with no harm to anyone else) should warrant a jail sentence or even a fine?
Should I not be able to choose what mind altering substance I want to ingest? Should it not be my own personal decision whether or not to take risks? Is it up to the government to regulate the risk-taking of it's citizens?
Riding a bicycle can cause brain injury... should we ban bicycles because it may be that one's chances of brain damage from an accident are 11 times higher than if one simply walked?
Of course not! People should be free to ride bikes if they want to -- even if there is a risk involved.
We know there are many many products and activities that have the chance to cause us harm but we do them anyway because the risks are worth it to us individually. A person may have heart trouble but still go have a Big Mac... that burger could kill in certain circumstances!
No one will ever be able to put forth a logical argument against personal marijuana ingestion and the criminization of it. It just does not make sense.

Yet no one is freaking out that the chances of becoming an alcoholic and ruining the lives of family members and themselves are more than likely much higher than the instances of folks who become schizophrenic from injesting marijuana.

This is for another thread but.....I depend on Chiropractic care because it works. It's not "quackery"
I used to have hand pain... a stupid GP looked at me and said "you have arthritis, take this pill". As I dislike being "woozy" all the time, I refused the pills. I then went to my Chiro and I no longer have hand pain at all. The pain was caused from my elbows being "out".
But noooooo... it's so much better to just mask the symptom by prescribing some stupid pill right?
Back to the topic...
WIP is correct, one cannot believe in "original sin" (the entire reason for the apparent existence of Jesus as the Christ) and believe in evolution.
If you believe in evolution... you are not a Christian. Accept it. Breathe deeply and move on, you'll be okay. LOL
If you do not believe in "original sin" why do you need Jesus to forgive and save you?

Yes, fat children should be taken away from their parents... they've put their kids' health is at risk and do not deserve to be parents.
Good lord, wafting cig smoke is now illegal, yet we allow parents to feed their children grossly inadequate food.
More people have health issues from being obese than from walking through a waft of cig smoke.
