Article one of the constitution specifically gives limited immunity to congress,judges and prosecutors. None to the president, if the framers wanted the president immune from prosecution they would have said so like they did for those I mentioned, it has never been tested in court because most presidents aren’t as corrupt as trump. But sooner or later it will be tested. And I suspect the constitutional principles will be upheld.
