  1. Something is wrong with those young democracies a la American energetic style in former USSR controlled vast area. They are all on the edge of Old Europe but they cast their eyes firstly to America and then to Europe. I see it as our serious miscalculation. We were to nourish them as democratic states to avoid some trouble in future. We failed to do it in due time. In the result we are having a pile of ever hungry little predators eager to reshape Europe. Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine for instance are ready to tear into parts Byelorussia. They see it as easy prey which could get into their hand in one more “democratic revolution”. They are generous with money and advice for fragile Byelorussian opposition (amusingly, they think themselves good instructors in democracy). It will have to pay with Byelorussian soils once in power. Nice going it would be for predators and….. warning for rest of Europe! They could start in Byelorussia and finish it up in Germany!
