Guest jocbor Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Hi! I write seminar paper on canadian federalism and i have a question concering the administrative system of canada: In germany the Länder bureaucracy implements almost all federal laws. What is the situation in canada? Do the provinces in canada implement only the laws they enact, or do they also implement federal laws? I would be happy if you could post a link to an article with further information on the administrative system of canada. thank you Quote
geoffrey Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 It's all nicely outlined in the Constitutional Act, 1867. Quote RealRisk.ca - (Latest Post: Prosecutors have no "Skin in the Game") --
Melanie_ Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 About the Government of Canada Try this link. You will have to follow further links from this page, but you should find the information you are looking for somewhere here. Good luck with the paper!
