However, other than the Bolton appointment and even that didn't turn out as I would have hoped, Bush has been a failure with the UN. I had hoped he would have had the place dismantled by now. Maybe it's case of keeping your enemies close and they have the place well bugged. Quote

The Swiss wanted them and would have paid. It was Bush that put the money on the table to keep them. He can't blame Kerry or Gore or Clinton or Democrats. The America people don't have a lot of use for the UN. and as more Canadians are realizing what a corrupt outfit it is, they also want nothing to do with it.
