Sorry to start a new topic folks, but I didn't want this weblink to get LOST in the longer discussion on the other thread. This is the link to Canadian attorney, Janice Switlo. This website contains good ACCURATE info to address the treaties, proclamations and etc. Janice has been working along 6Nations and so provides good info. Janice replied to us with: refer him to my site to read about treaties, starting with "In a perfect world" to read about the Royal Proclamation.

The Caledonia matter is a treaty matter, not a Royal Proclamation matter.
