It isn't clear that Emerson is going to run again but I think this is one seat that the Liberals can win next election. Quote

The icing on the cake would be if Emerson could take this riding, running openly and cleanly, as a Conservative. He could have done that immediately after resigning from the Liberal rather cross the floor. He can still do it now. He has shown a contempt for the riding that will be hard to dismiss later on.
