Guest eureka Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 Since Bin Laden would not consider that a sacrifice, it could well be a win. He has aims and personal comfort would not seem to be one of them. Quote
theloniusfleabag Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 Dear moderateamericain, well let me ask you this. Would you want to run from shit hole to shit hole hiding place for the rest of your life, knowing that if your caught not only will you be executed by flaunted like some kind of play thing? I dunno about you but thats not my idea of a "win" That is because you are trained to think differently. The battle clearly isn't over. As eureka states, Since Bin Laden would not consider that a sacrifice, there is no question, by those that have studied Bin Laden, that he does not consider his own welfare to be as important as the "Will of Allah" that he claims to be serving. Also, it is agreed by most, he is a very patient man. There are some that say 'he who acts with the greatest urgency is the one that is in danger, and he who has time to assess and plan has the upper hand'. (actually not some, just me) Quote Would the Special Olympics Committee disqualify kids born with flippers from the swimming events?
