And quite frankly, I don't believe that the Americans did the last summit for $18 million and that somehow those costs magically transformed to $500 million here. I think the real difference is in how the costs were accounted for., in what the Americans chose to list as an extra cost, and what the Canadians are listing. We'll find out more when the AG and PBO release their audits.
