CTV just reporting that the rumour is that Harper will offer Bloc MPs senate seats and massively increase the transfer payments to Quebec. Good to know that it is horrifying to have "Separatists" prop up a government but it's just fine to appoint them to permanent Senate seats.

Or, having missed the first part, was it the Coalition offering? Someone should be asking Dion this question.
