craiger Posted November 3, 2008 Author Report Posted November 3, 2008 My god are you grasping. The Department of Transportation (federal) ONLY dictates under NSC (National Safety Code) that federally regulated carriers SHOULD drug test prior to entering the US via land. They DO NOT have a testing standard that is enforced. P.s. - Go back and read where the testing done at NON-DOT locations (everything except federal cross-border transport) is NON-DOT standard. There isn't a worksite ANYWHERE in Alberta that uses the DOT 5-panel test. It's all NON-DOT. Pull your head out of your ass long enough to read. Craiger, you haven't got a simple clue as to what you are talking about. Give up and go home. You're beat. Bad. The Department of Transportation did NOT draft an A&D policy that was ADOPTED in Canada. First of all, CANADA doesn't HAVE an A&D policy. Man, do you ever need to go and roll another one. I do not have the time to argue with you. does not matter either way you have a problem with me for some reason I do not understand. what I will do Is when a decision is made on my 2 human rights cases and when I begin class action I will post findings. All I know is I gain more hope every day when contractors ask me to settle in the tens of thousands of moneys to sign document to silence me. I also know if i had nothing human rights would not pursue my case. be patient this will be up to my lawyer to argue not me. I was simply telling others my story, as I apreciate everyones opinion. Hydraboss Posted November 5, 2008 Report Posted November 5, 2008 Where to begin.... Of course the HRC would take your case (if you actually had one). That's what the HRC does....take cases without any shred of merit. It's what they think their job is. Class action lawsuit? Really. So you're going to have the Supreme Court give you and ...who else?... permission to proceed with a class action against who exactly? So, contractors are offering you "tens of thousands" to be quiet, eh? I admit that I'd be willing to throw $10 or $20 in myself to get you to just admit you're full of shit, but it's likely not going to happen. Care to name even ONE contractor? I doubt it. These forums are always getting bullshit artists of one type or another, and they usually either change their tune or go away. What? Still don't want to comment on the whole DOT thing? Did all those scary facts get in the way of your perfectly good argument? See, I don't have a problem with you per se. But imagine if you will, telling a management accountant that he doesn't know how to add numbers. In the exact same way, you're telling me that I don't know anything about A&D policy and testing procedure and it's legal ramifications. You're quite a ways off base there, believe me. craiger Posted November 5, 2008 Author Report Posted November 5, 2008 A Department of Environmental Protection employee who was fired for suffering from paruresis, or "shy bladder syndrome," won $225,000 in damages The court awarded Mr. Kinneary $100,000 in back pay and $125,000 for emotional harm. Since losing his job in 2002, Mr. Kinneary has taught biology at SUNY-Farmingdale and a private high school on Long Island, making about $40,000, which is $30,000 less than what he earned as a DEP Captain. Hydraboss Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 Well, that's one (and I'll have to research it for validity). Want to answer the rest now? craiger Posted November 6, 2008 Author Report Posted November 6, 2008 (edited) Well, that's one (and I'll have to research it for validity).Want to answer the rest now? I was hoping you could show me something to research. COA made it clear to me they develped from the DOT procedures and guidlines. I don't know who you. I will stand by the defense we are all trolls that pretend to be who we are not, I have nothing to prove to you MR. Expert give me names of who developed your policy so I can research and if liable I can go after them thank you Edited November 6, 2008 by craiger Quote
Bryan Posted November 11, 2008 Report Posted November 11, 2008 I don't get it. You'd RATHER have an onsite tech stick you with a needle than be forced to pee in a cup? That's insane. I don't care how "shy" your bladder is. Just keep drinking fluids. Physics will eventually defeat insecurity. Quote
