It's for sure money is passing under the table somewheres. This Site 41 landfill going ahead in the face of total local opposition & common sense, i.e. floating garbage on top of huge aquifer is a good idea? smells real bad. Betcha Miller Waste and T Guergis are getting set to accept Toronto garbage once the dirty deed is done. We can have our very own Cache Creek, right here in Ontario. JK
