    EXACTLY.... especially the ad-scam scandal, "Paul Coffin" the poor guy, first person convicted of steling tax dollars. Had to only pay back half because he worked out a deal with the then govenment. FRIG.... if you or I renegged on some of our taxes we would not only be fined, have to pay back every penny, but we have been promised that we will deffinitely do time in prison. unless of course we might be a friend of Jean Cretian.
