In my experience, the first night arriving to any given shelter, you will be given a shitty bed that somebody else switched from (I.E near the lights, high traffic area, problem with the bed) 5) Incidentally, the same thing happened to me in a different institution which was sadistic whereas I was stuck with an apneatic snorer. I've been turned away by a few because they were full. The youth shelters are mainly 50%-80% black youth who are hostile and aggressive and ruin it for everyone else including Africans.
