Can you honestly say that the way the Jews treat the Palestinians is not barbaric and inhumane? On what scale? Compared to Canada and the United States? Or compared to Syria and Libya and Iran? The "Jews" did not rob the Palestinians of anything. I find it interesting that the same sorts of people who rant about the US not following the United Nations dictates dismiss the fact that it was the United Nations which created the state of Israel on a tiny pocket of a vast Arab middle east. The Arabs attacked them, and lost - badly - repeatedly. Too bad for them. And where you got that "world wide Islamic state" BS is a mystery to me. The Jews have robbed the Palestinians of their land, and if anyone is in "world-wide conquest" mode, it's the Jews. If you deny that, you really are too ignorant to have an intelligent conversation with.

Finally, I realize that no one will dare say that this was a religious war until Bush specifically comes out and says "This was a religious war," but regardless of your ignorance, it is perfectly clear that Bush thinks "the American way," (i.e. Christianity, Democracy, McDonald's) is the only way to live by. And until you pull your head out of the ground, I'm afraid you won't realize that.

There is no question that the Arabs are in fact crippled by their religion. But what I find amusing is your lack of recognition of the fact that over half of the American population is one denomination of Christianity or another. The current American government's value system is rooted in the 1st Century A.D. So when it comes to religious shackles, the U.S. is right up there with the "best" of them.

Desipte your obvious sarcasm, you are exactly right. Terrorism is what people who have been opressed for generations resort to. It is just what they do. If you were under occupation by an over-zealous, U.S. sponsored, terrorizing nation (I.E. Israel), what would YOU do to get your point across? Talk it out? Reason? No. Because that wouldn't work. That's why they go to such extremes, and to put it bluntly, anything the U.S. gets done to them by the Arab race, they deserve every ounce of it. They've had it coming for years, and until they realize that the whole world does NOT need to be under their form of government, they will CONTINUE to get terrorized, and will CONTINUE to be HATED globally.

1. No one asked the U.S. to liberate anyone. In fact, the UN explicitly forbade it. Therefore, the U.S. has been involved in an ILLEGAL and UNPREEMPTED war for years, not only costing the American citizens money, but the whole world. 2. Osama bin Laden has NOT BEEN CAUGHT YET. Why? Because the U.S. is too incompentent to find him 3. Lebannon was NOT occupied by Syria. And when the Syrians living in the south of Lebannon did decide to leave, it was not at the hands of the Americans.

Islamic butchers? Exuse me, but last time I checked, the Israelites had the people of Palestine in prison conditions, didn't allow them to live on THEIR land, and killed them without remorse or reason. So you can kaibosh that idea you ignorant redneck.

My question is this: What has the U.S. done to prevent further terrorist attacks on it's own soil? If anyone can tell me, it would be greatly appreciated, because in my opinion, the only thing the U.S. has done is perpetuate the middle-east's growing dissent against America. And to tell you the truth, I do not blame them at all. The U.S. has done nothing but harm to the Arab nations, and although their means of expressing their anger are exceedingly violent, I can see exactly what they're mad about. (<-- The Arabs, that is.)

So, anyone know why we can't use avatars? I know they're not especially necessary, but I also know, from being on other forums, that it sure helps when identifying a user with specific posts.

Intelligent design is nothing but the religious fundameltalist U.S. government's attempt at bringing religion back into the classroom. And that can't happen if we are to advance as a human race. Plain and simple.
