Definitely, especially since he went for ceasefires prior to 2022 and western Ukraine just used it to build up its army to once again attack the Donbass rebels once again. In fact, they attacked the Donbass region just days before Putin finally decided to attack Ukraine. ............ just spit balling but imagine co-ordinated attacks - China / NK attack Taiwan while Russia goes tac nuc on Ukraine.
