SOO true - the Liberal Spin.. I don't care what Waldo says because no Canadian/Ontario consumer really cares what he says. All the know is that the cost of their hydro has escalated at a rate may times that of the consumer index and that it is far higher than others and that the costs on the bill to pay for THEIR DEBT and incompetence is infuriating. Why people keep voting liberal escapes me - but they got what they wished for. left wing policies that fail.
