a few moments ago the PM went over to the opposite side of the House to help the Tory Whip get through a blockade of NDP MPs and while pulling the Tory through accidental elbowed a female NDP in the chest. Well, the House is in an uproar and even thought the PM shouldn't have gone over, which He has apologize twice for and it was wrong, why did the NDP MPs stop the Tory whip from sitting when a VOTE was about to be had. Is this a stall action of the NDP and or the Tory to slow done the vot
