If Obama is not elected, there will be civil unrest. For this reason alone, I hope he wins, but you just can't trust the polls and Obama obviously doesn't either. He could well win, and as conflicted as I would be about it, giving the Dems a turn at the wheel would be good for the GOP in the long run as his radical changes would wreak havoc on the nation.

I'm not sure where you're getting this from. The campaigning has been going on forever and Obama managed to come out on top and is polling slightly ahead of McCain. If he loses, it will be very suspect in my opinion, but the results have to be accepted for what they are until otherwise proven wrong. If his possible defeat does spark riots, etc. then it just goes to show that the States is really going down the drain.

If the Messiah loses, there will be violence. If the Messiah wins, then peace shall reign in Hooterville, with the opposition respecting the outcome. Funny how democracy works for some losers compared to others.

After two years of insufferable campaigning the laughable "democratic" process of electing a new president has reached election day... So now it's just a matter of enduring two years of a new bungling administration before the election process gears up again and we have to go through this all over again...

I'm not sure why democarcy is laughable to you, but I guess when you have the luxury of living in freedom, you also have the luxury to be critical of it.

And yes, tt has been said that democracy is the worst form of government, except for all of the others that have been tried.

Not sure if it means there will be peace. Didn't you admit a while ago that his security service will be working double-time.

Two-party politics is not democracy.

Name the six choices aside from "Democrat" and "Republican"...

You obviously think he is lying, but that only shows your ignorance on the ballot initiatives.(not that I need to defend bc08)

Some states have 10 12 or even 17 ballot measures, and in some cases it takes an hour to vote. Frankly I think thats dumb, but hey, they want it, they got it.

I know, but I was going to add all the ballot initiatives, but tonite, for some strange reason, the internet is slow.Dont know why....

All I could get was the "sales tax" initiative for raising it a quarter point or something like that.Google is very slow.
