Don't know what category this fits in but Warren Moon was sworn into the Football Hall of Fame. In his speach, he strongly credited the CFL with giving a black quarterback the opportunity to play the game. He certainly changed people's attitudes in the United States and to this day remains one of the most exciting figures in the sport.

Now, if only we could get some Canadian quarterbacks into the game.
