blackbird Posted December 12, 2025 Report Posted December 12, 2025 Carney signed an MOU with Premier Smith in Alberta to in principle to work toward an oil pipeline to the coast. The Conservatives presented a motion to support the MOU, but the Liberals voted against it. So what's happening? It is clear Carney had agreed to the MOU but his whole caucus opposed it when it came down to showing where Parliament stood on it. What kind of governing is that? Sounds like a disaster. Carney doesn't control his caucus and they all opposed the MOU. Quote
