The LPOC gives $500M to the MSM during every election campaign season, and the MSM cites pollsters that say things like: "I'd do anything to prevent the CPC from getting elected".

• Orban gave the Hungarian state broadcasting company hundreds of millions of dollars before an election
• gave "select media outlets" hundreds of millions of dollars before the election as well
• Their state broadcasting company joined a coalition with Rebel News, Fox News, the National Post, the Sun, X, Truth Social, etc to "prevent the flow of disinformation into Hungary" 
• Hungary's state broadcaster posted "polling data" from companies that were openly hostile towards the minority parties

would the left4rds here consider Hungary's elections to be fair?

And I'm not certain they'll go back with Poilievre. I'm about 90% sure they will but there are a number of variables and it is possible that between now and the convention that this will change.

Unlike you I'm honest. I can look at a situation and not get buthurt by speaking the truth. The truth is right now Poilievre has enough support to survive a leadership vote handily. And he will be back in the house come September and you can bet he will be taking between now and the convention that this will change .. He has a history of being a pretty good campaigner in that respect and he has talent so he should be fine. But that's not certain,

What carney did wasn't illegal technically. But it was grossly unfair. He broke tradition and immediately used his position specifically to campaign in a way that would not have been allowed have they been paying for that kind of advertising.

So that's two things.

Then there's the Prorogue. The liberals should never have been allowed to prorogue parliament for the specific purpose of having a leadership convention which only served their advantage. That was complete bullshit. They should have had to come back and face the music in parliament, the GG should have denied that but of course the GG is a liberal appointee and a very partisan one on top of it

So instead of being an impartial source The GG did what she was told.

Take those advantages away the liberals lose the election hands down. And badly at that.  Poilievre would have faced Justin Trudeau. And I'm quite certain you're not going to try and claim that the result would have been the same if Justin Trudeau had fought that election and carney hadn't been giving the chance to showboat beforehand
