Confidential informants are not "agents"

This was neither an insurrection or a fedsurrection. 

It was mob violence with a handful of bad actors who were intent on doing harm before they got there.

The claim is the FBI had no undercover agents in the crowd, yet had Confidential Human Sources and agents there...a few of which broke the same laws as the rioters and have never been charged.

17 FBI agents entered restricted areas without authorization. There are old ladies sitting in a prison cell for prayer inside the Capitol building. I would guess this report is going to allow the Trump administration to toss many of these cases and you'll see maybe a handful of people charged for breaking windows or whatever but it won't be the staggering number that was used to place various figures on watch lists, etc.

My guess is this is only the tip of the iceberg. Been fed a bag of lies by Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff about what actually happened

You need to revise your GUESS and base it on REALITY.

BTW, Liz and Adam didn't testify at the hearing, THEY ASKED QUESTIONS of WH insider WITNESSES who TESTIFIED UNDER OATH. Which you would know if you actually OBSERVED THE EVIDENCE being presented.

Entering a restricted area is illegal activity and people are sitting in jail cells for it. In fact the vast majority of J6 defendants are up on those non-violent charges.

They were not there on behalf of the FBI to engage in any illegal activity. The vast majority of them, the FBI had no knowledge of their being there. 

No evidence they instigated or incited any of this.

I see the methods used by the American law enforcement to be suspect and congress has weaponized it for their own political purposes. I guess if you want your country to look like a third world shit show where you can break laws to gather intelligence than I can't help you.

They tossed the book at people for walking around their own Capitol building and held people without even a bail hearing for 3 or 4 years. Sorry but that's a Crooked system and a perversion of just treatment of prisoners. If any other country did the same the us would be crying about sanctions.

The FBI did not authorize anyone to break laws to gather intelligence. 

To the point of this thread, the FBI did not create J6. The sad simple reality is that a small handful of extremists on the right did in fact plan out violence that day and a lot of other people got caught up in mob violence and even more stupidly chose to wander around like id1ots where they should not have been. 

It was no insurrection. That doesn't mean it is right now the DOJ is trying to railroad everyone they have been for what is basically trespassing, either.

My guess is now that there's more and more MAGA loyalists you'll start to see cracks in the narrative.
