The definition of "Woke"

For the last 5 years, certain people have been complaining about "woke."

They will label one "woke" in an attempt to discredit their adversaries.

People will label others "woke," due to differences of opinion.

But what exactly is the definition of woke? I have tried to ask this of the MAGA hyenas, but they only respond by saying "I have told you 1,000,000,000 Times!!!" Or they will deflect, and refuse to answer. Some of us would really like the MAGA cult to define "woke" and explain what it entails...

Woke is the more radical left wingers. It's basically a religion. Some examples

1. Imposing gender craziness in schools

2. Promoting puberty blockers and medical castration on minors in the spirit of "tolerance"

3. Race baiting, believing and promoting far left rave culture where they want to steal money from white people to give to darkies 

4. Claiming that Christians have "priviledge" to excuse vile behavior like church burnings. 

5. Race based hiring programs

 

Certainly not every lefty is woke. People who want more funding for better education outcomes, as an example, are not woke. Those who peddle ideas akin to religious dogma and try to get tax payers to fund their beliefs akin to a religion are what I would consider woke

What you fail to understand is that the dictionary isn't a legislative body.

It doesn't "create words and then outline the only possible or allowable usages of them".

FYI people create and use words, and if they become common enough then they go into the dictionary. When people have ceased to use words for long enough, they start to get left out, and just become the answers to trivia questions.

Dictionaries function as a living document, which records the previous and current meanings of words in the vernacular. For example, when people started saying "selfie" enough, the people who make dictionaries determined that enough people were using it, it was universally understood, and so it went into the dictionary.

It's perfectly fine for leftards to create the word woke, and use it to suit their own purpose, but when the word starts being used by conservatives as well, and is universally understood by literally everyone, suddenly it just has more than one meaning.

An example of when it's not fine to change the usage of a word is when it's defined by scientific principles, to meet an important standard or standards. Eg, the word "vaccine" had a very real and functional meaning, and it wasn't "A dangerous solution that's forced upon unwilling recipients, which confers absolutely no protection to a disease that they don't need protection from anyways", but here we are and that's what it means now. And we no longer have a word for a "thoroughly tested medical injection which is proven safe and highly effective at protecting the recipient from a virulent pathogen."

Woke actually means: "'Puerile drivel that only a leftard cultist dipshit would believe" to tens, or even hundreds of millions of people. 

Even the Urban Dictionary admits that the definition of the word "woke" IS morphing as time goes by:

• When this term became popularized, initially the meaning of this term was when an individual become more aware of the social injustice. Or basically, any current affairs related like biased, discrimination, or double-standards.
  
  However, as time passed by, people started using this term recklessly, assigning this term to themselves or someone they know to boost their confidence and reassure them that they have the moral high grounds and are fighting for the better world. And sometimes even using it as a way to protect themselves from other people's opinion, by considering the 'outsider' as non-woke. While people that are in line with their belief as woke. Meaning that those 'outsiders' have been brainwash by the society and couldn't see the truth. Thus, filtering everything that the 'outsider' gives regardless whether it is rationale or not.
  
  And as of now, the original meaning is slowly fading and instead, is used more often to term someone as hypocritical and think they are the 'enlightened' despite the fact that they are extremely close-minded and are unable to accept other people's criticism or different perspective. Especially considering the existence of echo chamber(media) that helped them to find other like-minded individuals, thus, further solidifying their 'progressive' opinion.

Now, they're not as straightforward or critical as I am with their description of the meaning of the word, but you can clearly see that the Urban Dictionary has logged the conservative usage of the term. It's 100% legit.

Trans people are accepted by the vast majority of conservatives. 

What's not accepted is: 

1. parents being excluded from conversations that other adults are having with their children about trans therapy
2. biological men competing against women
3. men dressing up in sexual outfits to read to children
4. men going into little girls' changerooms

None of those things are "accepted", nor should they be, and there's nothing immoral or unfair about the reasoning behind not accepting them.
