Democrats dirty, Soviet style politics fails: Jill Stein will remain on ballot

Isn't it amazing how much they are going save democracy by making sure there isn't any.

They fixed the primary to make sure Biden won, then forced him off the ballot and installing a candidate that was never voted for.

Are doing everything they can to get people off ballots. They are trying to put their number one political opponent in jail by making sure he is tried in the most Trump hating district.

It's crazy how leftists believe this lawfare isn't happening.

RFK Jr, Donald Trump and Jill Stein have all felt the wrath of the DNC lawfare machine. Just trying to dry up their resources..  most vile thing I've seen in politics in my lifetime

You're either wildly disingenuous or wildly naive. Spend a few minutes researching the number of lawsuits the RNC has filed to dictate who can vote, how they can vote and for whom they can vote. This is standard stuff.

Not to keep people off the ballot.

I've never seen a Republican run this type of nonsense that Democrats are doing this cycle

Are you freaking kidding? There were probably 20 suits to keep Obama off the ballot or out of office. Republicans sued to keep Trump off the ballot, FFS. Republicans are suing to keep Harris off the ballot--with more suits threatened. In Illinois Republicans and Democrats joined forces to keep third-party candidates off the ballot. This is just business as usual.

Note that you've surrendered your initial claim. The new one is bogus too.

Then remember that Trump literally ran for office rallying crowds with the chant of "Lock her up!" In direct reference to his political adversary.

Trump isn't being prosecuted for political positions. Trump actually committed the crimes of which he has been accused. Running for political office is not meant to be--and will not be as long as decent people govern--a free pass to be as criminal as one wants.

Trump told you all very early on exactly how little he thinks of you, that he could shoot someone in the middle of fifth avenue and not lose a single in vote.

Pause for a moment and think about how farked up it is to say something like that about one's supporters. And then think again how farked up it is that he was actually right!

That's exactly what's happening here. He committed crimes, without question. And instead of wanting to hold him accountable for his actions you pretend that his deserved friction with the legal system is instead politically motivated.

No I didn't surrender anything.

The Democrats have targeted their political opponents with bogus lawfare tactics. This is a fact.

Why do you feel the need to defend it? It's disgraceful

Oh yes whataboutism. How did the democrats ever survive without it :)

Tribalism my dear boy, tribalism. The 'other' is always wrong in the world of the democrats.

They are an intolerant, hate filled group and it doesn't really matter what the facts are.

You'll notice at no point could he address the issue, his first action was to claim republicans do it (whataboutism) without example and then pretend that court cases which are SO OBVIOULY politically motivated that  most americans including a wide range of democrats agree that they are  ( 62 percent in new poll say federal charges against Trump politically motivated (thehill.com) )

irregularly runs from any poster who provides actual facts or evidence. And his idea of an argument is just simply denial and repeating lies over and over again.

He's exactly the kind of bad actor we've come to expect from the democrats.

As a party and a people they have lost their way. And now they have no problem using any tool they can to try and deny democracy to other people in their favor. You can imagine what the screaming will be like when the republicans begin to do the same now that they have opened the door for it

JOB ONE of the DNC is to win the general election, which means selecting the candidate which is MOST LIKELY TO WIN.

The ONLY ones who "forced Joe off the ballot" were Joe and the mega donors who stopped funding his campaign. Duh

No one is prosecuting RFK Jr nor Jill Stein. Trump is being prosecuted for his CRIMES.

If the juries don't agree, he will get off. Duh

Republicans are trying to make sure only US citizens can vote. Why? Because that's the law!

Only you lying scum want to dilute a US federal election with your millions of illegal aliens. Or you make the incredibly stupid...and frankly racist...argument that many afro-americans are incapable of obtaining proper ID.

Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.

One by one, your lawfare cases are falling apart.

I don't know what Trump will do once back in office. But I HOPE he has each and every one of your heros charged, prosecuted, and caged for abuse of the legal system and then caged...in either Florida or Texas.

Sigh. Nobody is even talking about voter ID in this conversation. Try to keep up.

And no, Republicans are simply engaging in gamesmanship to curate and optimize the voting pool to their advantage. Which both parties do to some extent, but Republicans are particularly invested in disenfranchising eligible voters.

Apparently the judges daughter is taking money from high profile race baiters like Corey Booker. They've appeared to have bought off judges through their family members much like they did in the USSR

A small win for Republicans in Arizona with regards to ballots.

Democrats always fight against any measures to strengthen election integrity.

Process matters. If they are willing to show undemocratic behavior in their primary why would people feel comfortable being governed by them especially as they target and harass conservative groups violating their fundamental human rights?

Great, you quoted my post where, indeed, I said nothing at all about voter ID. And, for those particularly slow people playing along at home, you can't "sue" to create voter ID laws. That would be the purview of the legislature. Jeebus.

Again...

"the number of lawsuits the RNC has filed to dictate who can vote, how they can vote and for whom they can vote."

WTF is wrong with you? Again, nothing there about voter ID.

And again, you farking slug, one cannot create voter ID laws through lawsuits. That's a legislative action. So even a very stupid creative person cannot reasonably infer that I'm talking in any way about voter ID laws.

Misunderstanding once is a mistake. The inability to understand after multiple plain explanations is dysfunction.

I can't explain it any slower. Like taking grandpa's car keys, somebody who cares about you needs to just unplug your internet. It's not a safe place for people like you.
