Media Trump's Up New Trump Attack

So the media is making something out of nothing. Never mind the POTUS threatened to kill the Speaker of the House. Trump, rightly, questioned what race Kamala is claiming this week:

Trump questions whether Harris is 'Black' at conference of Black journalists

She claimed she was Indian:

California's Kamala Harris becomes first Indian-American US senator

Then she claimed she was black:

Eight years after Trump beat Hillary Clinton, Harris could be the first female president and the first Black woman to hold the nation’s top job, as well.

But dont forget about being South Asian too:

The Lesser-Known Side of Harris’s Identity: Asian American

So what is she? She's mixed. And the only people that really care are the people that want to use her skin color as a qualification rather than an identifying trait.

So she looks like she has a nice tan. So? What are her policies? That's what disqualifies her.

Kamala Harris attended and graduated from historically black Howard University. So she’s “identified” as being black since at least age 18.

She can be black and Indian, and female.  Being one does not mean she is not the other.  Kamala was the first black AG of California, and the first Indian AG of California. Jerry Brown’s sister was the first female AG of California.

Really her skin colour (and gender) isn't and shouldn't be an issue, though it's played a large role in getting her all the way to the point of presidential candidate for the Democrats without having to win one single primary.

The bigger issue is exactly that - why she could never win a primary if forced to follow the US "democratic" system - she's unlikeable, her policies are trash, and she's been a terrible VP.  

Yes she did play a major role in that debacle.  Which is why the withdrawal sucked so bad.

Another load of your MAGA bullshit, trying to apologize for your cult leader’s latest racist lies.  For her entire public life Kamala has always been open that she half black and half Indian. India is the largest part of South Asia.  She attended a historically Black College,  was a member of a Black sorority,  and as a Senator she was a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, in addition to a career full of having to explain her ethnicity to everyone she meets the way all people of colour are expected to. Trump’s lie that she only recently started identifying as Black is just another racist attack.

What I always find weird is how black people constantly tell us that it is racism that holds them back but whenever anyone is mixed race with one being black they claim to be black. I have yet to see a mixed race person claim to be white they always claim to be the race that isn't white.

A person who looks black is always treated as black by white people. In fact that’s been the case since the days of slavery and the “one drop” rule stipulating that one drop of black blood makes a person Black.  Do you think if the KKK came across someone in the middle of the night they would do genealogy test to determine if they might only be half black before they lynched them, and if so would let them go?

nailed it - she hasn't accomplished much if anything in any of those roles.  BTW - a glass of water could win an election running as a Democrat in San Francisco.  Those aren't my words, those are Nancy Pelosi's.  She was a terrible Attorney General and an awful VP.  

Here's Tulsi Gabbard destroying Kamala's hopes/chances of ever being a democratically elected leader of the Democratic Party, or even winning one primary.  I really wish Trump had picked Gabbard as his VP.  She'd have been amazing.

How about when you meet someone who appears Black you start by considering them to be a human being whose  experience in life possibly includes anti-black racism directed against them and their family regardless of how they identify. Once you get to know that particular person and how their life experiences have affected their worldview adjust your opinion of that individual accordingly, rather than simply expecting them to conform to YOUR views as white person who has never had to experience racism.
