That doesn't count bullshit banana courts, dumbass.

Trump is right, and It's going to take a lot work to remove all those fake DA's.

Who cares what he says? Anyone with a working brain has to know by now what he is; and to the others, it makes no difference whatsoever.

Anyone with a working brain no longer votes democrat; they can't without being infected with the woke mind virus.

He was convicted by a jury of his peers who were screened by his own lawyers.

Hardly.

His own lawyer said "there's no way to get a jury of his peers in this jurisdiction, move us to  a new venue where it's fair".  Judge said no, you have to pick from this handful who hate him.

Then after it's '"AAAAAHHHHH look, his OWN LAWYER selected the jury!!""

Please. The whole trial is a shell game.  "pick - but only from the ones i give you".  Then "Decide if he's guilty but you have to follow my instructions which really means 'guilty' is pretty much your only real choice".

Then pretend it was a fair trial :)

That's what makes this so aggregious.  If it had been an honest case, something more along the lines of the documents issue, then even if people didn't like the out come it'd be 'tough, live with it'.

But this is so OBVIOUSLY an unfair trial and a forced outcome.

As a famous judge said - Justice must not only be done but must be seen to be done.   In other words, whether you do the right thing or not you have to do it in a way that looks just.  And that did NOT happen here.

He was arraigned by political hacks.

That jury was probably threatened or paid off.

Ah, America, where convicted felons can't vote but they can become President.

Only this former President was a victim of a political witch hunt, so he's not really a convicted felon. ;)

Swayed by the judges obvious bias when giving the "jury" instructions. they also were not a jury of his peers.

We "local Trolls" need to point out the obvious from time to time.

I mean, the rest of the MAGA asshats believe it, so they're going to keep squawking it back and forth to each other to the point where the delusion is reality.

Don't argue with hot air. Don't give it more fuel. Citizens convicted a crooked felon in a court of law - not a big deal, happens all the time. Talk to the citizens about real matters, openly and honestly. Enough of the dumb political kickboxing show.

Oh look, you've risen to the intellectual level of robosmith and myata :)  Well done :)

Joking aside the perception of many regarding this is going to be a problem moving forward.  Any sane or rational observer aware of the facts of the trial will almost certainly see it as a political hit job.  And in fact the initial polls would seem to support that.  Whether or not it was is irrelevant, it will be seen that way.

A lack of faith in the gov't and the courts is the beginning of the end of a society.

What bias is that, did you hear his instructions? Hard to find 12 shyster’s claiming to be billionaires.

Who would his "peers" be?

The instructions were clear and proper. People who have never read a set of jury instructions in their lives are here to play armchair quarterback.

As if Merchan wasn't fully aware that these would be the most scrutinized jury instructions this century.🙄

Watch the appeals process, dumbass. And if that gets too complex for you, don't worry;  I will be here to rub every detail in your warped, stupid face. ;)

The instructions were clear  but grossly improper.

I will. Start with the fact that experts are saying his prosecution was routine and unlikely to be overturned, esp not in state court. And it will be a long time before the SCOTUS gets ahold of it (at least a year); they are his wildcard, since the justices have already signaled that Trump is their guy. 🤮

Weren't you the guy that has assisted with absolute certainty that the efforts to keep trump off the ballots in colorado and other states was absolutely a legal requirement and would stand up to appeal?

Nothing that the red hot air balloon said or says matters to the dead brain buzz. Note how they have zero interest in that record. "Admire, worship Him" or anathema!!!, the only dead brain responses possible. 100% predictable by a glass bulb like diode.

Partisan unraveling of the Supreme Court is a real concern here. I hope some of the justices can still think of that and exercise, above all, the citizen's responsibility to upholding the democracy. Or they too may see their names written in history, as the first ever. It's a choice, as always. Nobody forced you.

Then he'll probably sit in prison until he kicks the old pedophile out of the WH next January.

What I'm looking forward to is Trump's response to the banana f*cks - just some good old fashioned retribution for all the corruption in New York. ;)
