CdnFox
I think it will undoubtedly change things, but I don't think it will be the end of change. Elections matter, and this one will matter. America right now is at a time of civil unrest in upheaval and this will knock that in one direction or another. But I don't think the world is going to end if that's what you mean

Every election's a change, and they're all critical. Elections matter. Often the people involved try to suggest that whichever one is the next one is the MOST CRITICAL SUPER IMPORANT ONE EVER IN THE HISTORY OF EVER!!!!! And that's silly as a rule. But - they are important, they do bring about critical change and that is a fact.

You put one coloured ball in a large bowl - and the winner with your colour wins. 2. The power of the State is passed between people who hate each other - without death. You put one coloured ball in a large bowl - and the winner with your colour wins. Dude not only is that not a definition, it doesn't actually make sense from a linguistic point of view. I know english is a second language and i appreciate how strong you are in it but that one needs a rethink. Quote 2. The power of the State is passed between people who hate each other - without death. That is also not a definition and applies to political systems that aren't democracies as well. Constitutional Democracies work very well and work as advertised as long as the people do their job. 99% of the problem with constitutional democracies lies with the people. This has spawned endless jokes."Democracy is way too important to be left to the people" " The best argument against democracy is a 5 minute conversation with the average voter" And of course true democracy is horrible. True democracy is the tyranny of the majority. Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. Our system works very well. But the people need to participate and they need to take it seriously. Too many treat it like a sports event where they really hope the home team wins and bring some the Cup this year instead of taking it as a serious and sober selection process for the next 4 years of leadership and direction. For decent people playing along, the Trump administration quite literally "surrendered" to the Taliban in writing, agreed to withdraw all of the troops, and then followed through by withdrawing nearly all of the troops. That's a simple historical fact. Anyone can look it up. If the dishonorable Nationalist will lie shamelessly about something so clear-cut, why would you even give a second thought to his opinions? When Biden took office the Trump's "surrender" deal with the Taliban was done--entirely excluding the Afghan government-- and the American military was gone. Only 2500 troops remained in country, the final few who hadn't been removed. Trump tipped over his king, took all the pieces and left a couple of pawns. There was a negotiated Agreement but it was by no means settled. It was Biden's job to execute that and make sure that it still made sense. He failed and that is 100% Biden's fault.
