Illinois sheriffs brace for fallout of ‘America’s most dangerous law’ after state supreme court ends cash bail

Sheriffs in southern Illinois say they are bracing for more crime and more victims that result from the end of cash bail across the state.

"Folks who live here are extremely concerned," Franklin County Sheriff Kyle Bacon told Fox News. "It's an experiment on the backs of victims of crime. I have serious concerns and so do the people that live here."

On Tuesday, the Illinois Supreme Court ruled in favor of eliminating the state's cash bail system. The ruling takes effect Sept. 18, making Illinois the first state to fully abolish cash bail.

No cash bail. That means VIOLENT CRIMINALS RELEASED, and probably will not show up for trial. WHY EVEN GO TO THE TROUBLE OF ARRESTING THOSE ANIMALS?

When people ask me if all liberals are as stupid and ignorant as the goose stepping Nazis here, I just point to the blue state of Illinois as an example of NATIONAL SOCIALISM gone wild.

The bail debate is becoming a serious topic, people don't put up with random crimes, and I think an intermediate step should be implemented to bring up routine. 

You know this, us alcoholics, when we drink, you know this from the cheap Whiskey in Florida, is all about routine, to get into that routine, same with the criminals, prisons, jails from what I am watching in documentaries are like hotels, open doors hotels, I think an intermediary step should be placed, like a purgatory, between prison and release, even if on bail, no issue to sit at the purgatory for a few days and talk to a few folks before you go into the real world. 

There are actually halfway houses for hardened felons who get out after serving long sentences, mostly because (a) they are unemployable in legal jobs, and (b) they should be watched so they don't lapse into the behavior that got them in prison in the first place.

This is not some kind of experiment, it is the model for bail used by many countries. If judges are letting violent offenders loose, that should be the real concern, not whether they were granted bail or not. Keeping someone in jail for a relatively minor offence because they can't come up with bail is dumb. Giving someone bail for a more serious offence just because they can afford it is even dumber. I guess that would go some way to explain why the US has a greater proportion of its population in jail than any other country.

When an animal is let out of jail and he rapes your entire family and kills them, come talk to us about how bad cash bail is.

Oh, and prison is designed to PROTECT THE PUBLIC from the animals who have robbed, kidnapped, raped and MURDERED the innocent. Those animals BELONG IN THOSE CAGES.

So if a judge sets bail of $10 you are fine because the guy had to post bail. I say again, the fact they were released at all is what should concern you, not whether or not they posted bail.

Making everyone post bail just puts a dollar value on freedom. The wealthier you are, the more freedom you can buy.

Your priorities are REALLY screwed up. Here's the reality of the situation:

1. A person who commits a crime gives up his freedom.

2. Bail is a REFUNDABLE sum of money that forces a perp to show up for trial. Without bail NO PERP WOULD SHOW UP FOR TRIAL.

3. Are you really so FCKING STUPID as to think that ALL criminals accused of a crime will magically show up for a trial, especially if doing so will cost them their freedom? SERIOUSLY?

4. In most capital murder cases, bail is denied. Chicago DESERVES the fcking crime wave it is about to experience.

(To bring you up to speed with the real world, NO criminal would show up for trial. Those animals would simply commit more crimes.)

I pity those small town sheriff's departments in Illinois. They have to deal with the shit from that Downs Syndrome city of Chicago.
