New CCTV footage released of Irvo Otieno 'smothered to death' by police.

Surveillance video from a state psychiatric hospital in Virginia shows a group of sheriff’s deputies and medical staff members piling on a handcuffed man, Irvo Otieno, and pinning him on the floor for around 11 minutes, until his death.

I am pro-law enforcement, especially Pro-FBI when they lock up fanatics from both left and the right. 

but this is disgusting, is anyone on this website, that one from Florida, where is he? is there anybody on this website care to defend the thugs that wear the uniform in the above picture?

so basically you have, both races there, white, black, police, hospital workers, and nurses, all looking at that poor guy on the ground for 11 MINUTES! 

then he died. 

now, if he was so agitated, why didn't one of the doctors inject him with something when you have GROWN MEN SITTING on him? 

• and this scene happened in a mental hospital, you know, my father always used to say, people who go into psychiatry medical department are as crazy as the patients.
