I believe that access to information is a fundamental right that should never be restricted or limited. In the event that a government attempts to censor or block access to news and information, this thread is prepared to offer assistance. Through the below VPN presentation and training via messages, individuals can navigate around any restrictions and access the information they need. I am proud to be pro-America and pro-Canada, but my focus is not on ideology in this thread, it's on providing access to information. Will post below the tips in regard to the VPN + the Tor browser. Well, let's take this basic example. For a few days Google was doing tests in regards to a bill. If that bill passes, then you can just select an American IP and see what a Canadian IP won't show you. Because they show your origin in a different country, presumably one without firewalls or censors. The various internet censorship bills in Canada (under the guise of keeping us safe and promoting Canadian culture) could eventually keep Canadians from accessing important information. A lot of teens now set up a VPN for their online activity. It’s wise actually. I wish we could trust our institutions, but after Snowden’s and others’ revelations, it’s clear that no one is policing the police because the watchdogs don’t know what’s happening or leave out details in their public reporting.
