  • This was in the early 2000s. Have had enough of politics for today and I just remembered this story.ย

I finally arrived at my friend's home after a long day. I was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying a delicious steak dinner while debating and arguing world issues as 2 average Joes.ย

As I entered the apartment, I noticed a strange sensation on my face, it was as if tiny, furry little creatures were tickling me.ย

I walked into the living room, I suddenly realized what was going on. The entire apartment was covered in a thick layer of cat hair. It was everywhere.

I tried to ignore the hair and focus on the steak, but every time I took a bite, I felt a hair in my mouth.

As I sat there, trying to enjoy my meal while dodging the floating cat hair, I couldn't help but be annoyed. I had always been a dog person, and this experience confirmed my BIAS, that definitely Dogs are my preferred pet.ย ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

I have not had a dog in my house since 2003 so that alters my viewpoint. First, cats do not bark. Second, you never have to warn someone that your cats are friendly (will not bite). Third, no need to walk a cat or play with them. Finally, cats do not chew up your shoes or other stuff. Have had my two cats for 20 years and other than scratching up boxes.. they leave no wreckage.ย

My cats are indoor-outdoor and so only use the litter box in the winter. 9 months of the year... I do nothing but feed them.ย

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.ย  I wish you could have met our last little lunatic.

That's one reason I'm a dog person.

I have a six year old daughter so soon enough.. we two decades long absence of a dog is going to come to an end. Not looking forward to it... being that I will be the one to do all of the work. Still, when someone comes in my house.. my two cats scatter and can't be found for hours afterwards.
