Amendment XIV, Section 1, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution directs that all persons born in the United States are U.S. citizens. This is the case regardless of the tax or immigration status of a person's parents.

What is your view on Natural-Born Citizen Clause?

A person born in America is automatically a citizen.

But parents of anchor babies should be immediately deported, child and all.

Committing a crime just to get a child citizenship should come with harsh penalties.

Oh, and in immigration law, there ARE harsh penalties for trying to commit immigration fraud using marriage. That should also apply to illegal aliens who try to scam our system by dropping a baby here.

Then again, build the wall and most problems magically disappear. We still get LEGAL immigrants, and the animals just have to wait in line. (Maybe learn some skills and learn to speak English.)

Oh, I see, so clearly you are not Republican Establishment, because you could have done better like: 

The Citizenship Clause was added to address the question of citizenship for African Americans, who had been enslaved and denied citizenship prior to the Civil War. The Clause declares that "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

Come on Florida, I thought you are a man of the constitution.

Oh, I see, so clearly you are not Republican Establishment, because you could have done better like: 

The term "Republican establishment" assumes Republicans are capable of even agreeing on lunch.

The Constitution is the Constitution. I have no problem with the 14th Amendment. And I wonder what your purpose for creating this thread was. I assumed you were using it to back door the concept of "anchor babies," something you goose steppers flogged President Trump for discussing.

  • Anyhow, the intent of that Constitution article was not meant for Immigration, that is a solid point for a lot of people to say to remove it in which case you will call me a bunch of names and tell me I am not an American and can't talk about the Bible which is The Constitution.
