Google Search in Canada does not show anymore the direct account of Donald Trump

We all know my reputation as an anti-Maga, however, I do not like what I perceive as manipulation, from Institutions such as Google. 

A few weeks ago while searching Trump to see what other irrational things he said, his account used to show up on the first page. 

Go to any browser now in Canada, start Google, and search "Donald Trump Truth Social", only the platform's main website shows up, with no name of Donald Trump on ANY pages. 

Now, anyone else has a problem with this? or is it just me ranting? Who does Google think they are to stop people from reading, even lies? If I want to listen to Trump's lies, let me listen to what I think are his lies. 

Thought a few days ago Google promised that they will not censor anymore. 

• Am I a communist for NOT agreeing with how Google Runs its platform?  😄 
• Why does Google not allow people to read the information, even lies? I can filter on my own. 
• This is the kind of stuff that turns off people and they vote for the other side, in my opinion. 
• Not me, though, not even in these circumstances, would still not vote for Trump, if I could vote there.  😄

As 2 people can confirm, it was gone a few days ago. I also checked consecutive days and it was gone.  @Michael Hardner @bcsapper

Looking back on things, this is just another long chapter in the Canadian struggle and love/hate relationship with American media influence and dominance.

CanCon and global news content revenue rights aside (Bill C-18), I would agree that less access to news sources is not a good thing for Canada (or any other nation), regardless of political leanings.

The funny part is that Canada's government owned (Crown corp) CBC web site always embeds links to American social media platforms in story headers, Twitter tweets inside stories, etc.

Yes, this is the likely consumer response, not unlike others when faced with media geo blockages.   YouTube and TikTok are secondary source as well...don't know how they would be impacted.

I always presumed that a platform like CBC.ca pays a license fee for news sources like The Associated Press or Reuters, but those old school frameworks are breaking down.   Social media has democratized "news'.

I highly recommend any Canadians who are against the bill to invest in a VPN. Easiest way to bypass these changes. I'm against controlling how I speak or the legal information I am forbidden to watch.

I have one (paid member).

I use it to watch the PBS Documentaries as those ones are only allowed by American IP.

For myself as a non-partisan in all seriousness, I find both Pro and Non Trump Chuds to be atrocious. But the MAGA Chuckleheads and their ilk are needed as a foil for the excesses of the left, whom are now mentally ill.

Then it was ghosted for consecutive days.

I’m calling bullshit on this.  You and people with similar views to yours are exactly why Google and the Government of Canada are able to get away with censorship.  Are you finally starting to wake up?

I wasn’t a Trump fan, but there’s a clear attempt to silence and discredit him.  Pull just about any mix of a New York jury and try Trump in a “he said, she said” unprovable court battle and Trump will always lose.

What’s underway is the eradication of rights, including free speech.  It’s not just happening because the Liberals and Democrats are running our governments.  It’s happening because of a major push internationally on both the corporate and NGO levels.  This is stakeholder capitalism, or fascism.  Michael Shellenberger calls it woke totalitarianism.  I’ve called it woke-green totalitarianism.  If citizens don’t push back, the chill and repression against any dissenting voices will be too steep a hill to climb.  A.I. and surveillance tech will make the system air tight.  If you think this sounds paranoid, check yourself, because it’s probably a lot worse than we know.

It’s probably too late.  The deep state/global cabal runs the show.  Any dissenting voices are racist-misogynist-fringe.  Robert F. Kennedy is being actively sidelined as “anti-vac misinformation”.  Trump is being silenced by media and a politicized justice system.  Biden, the demented script-reader transhumanist will be propped up along with Zoolander Trudeau for the rest of their natural lives and beyond.  Why?  Because they’re stupid and do what they’re told.  Anyone who questions the powers that be goes the way of Tucker Carlson.  Sane people who question are labelled “alt-right” and silenced.  The Republican-Democrat dichotomy is just a show for the gullible masses, including you and me.
