Nord Steam Pipelines Explosions.  Your opinion: Who did it?

The poll will be inclusive, having official and non-official options. Even options for KGB communists from Russia to select. 

New intelligence reviewed by U.S. officials suggests that a pro-Ukrainian group carried out the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines last year, a step toward determining responsibility for an act of sabotage that has confounded investigators on both sides of the Atlantic for months.

Who did it? 

I made some unique options.    😄

1. Ukrainians, as the American Intelligence says
2. Joe Biden had a meeting with the CIA and decided this course of action
3. George Soros, he wants to start a world war
4. Is still the Russians, even though American intelligence said it was an Ukrainian group, I believe everything Zelenskyy tells me
5. The Chief Engineer of the platform fell asleep after 1 bottle of whisky
6. Other, add in the comment

2. Stupid Old Joe came pretty close to the line of taking credit for destroying the pipelines in that statement to a reporter: 'look, we're going to make sure it doesn't go through.' 

Only thing he didn't do was leave fingerprints behind on anything.....I presume. 

Most nonsensical claim is still #4 - the Russians blew up their own multibillion dollar pipeline.....instead of just shutting off the tap or something.

#1 sounds like the Ukrainians and their Government are already in the process of being thrown under the bus! Blame it on Ukraine, even though they have no access to the North Sea, all on the evidence of one and only one anonymous source of the CIA. I know there are a hell of a lot more people who will trust Sy Hersh's vetting of an anonymous source than anything coming out of Spook Central!

Yeah, well, let us suppose that 2 is correct.

The Americans did not build and invested so much In Eastern Europe, judicial system, etc to just allow a fairytale alliance of some sort between Berlin and Moscow because some old communists on both sides still have dreams of a Great Europe which consists of an alliance of some sort Germany - Russia. 

So, I could see 2 as well, power games, you don't stay number 1 by showing weakness in world politics.

America is not going to stay no. 1 much longer anyway! Empires rise and fall, and America's sell by date is rapidly approaching! 

Germany is just "dreaming" of having a relatively cheap and plentiful source of oil and NG available in the coming decades. Russia can easily sell their extra gas and oil to China, India and other Asian nations. And right now, Putin is trying to make good on his goal of untangling Russia from European nations it has never trusted, but always assumed were essential before....but, not so much now! So, good luck Germany getting the energy your industrial economy needs before you turn into one of the new 3rd world nations of the north!

All this doesn't help Canada much! We became an American appendage decades ago, and have lost all of our independence since NAFTA and some other treaties and agreements were signed. Canada is resource rich, but that can also mean a resource curse, if you are situated too close to a greedy military power that wants your resources, but couldn't really give a crap about the people living there.
