The US NIH imposed a moratorium on GoFR from 2014 to 2017. That didn’t outlaw it, it only stopped NIH funding from being used for it, and the moratorium ended in 2017. So laws were not skirted or broken. Now, instead of getting upset with me for pointing out objective facts, why don’t you get angry at the people who pushed out a bunch of BS propaganda to you?
