The Dred Scott Decision (on which Roe V. Wade was based) basically was the Supreme Court saying a black slave is the LEGAL PROPERTY of a white or black slave owner. Rape laws for female black slaves did not exist. Today you could be arrested for rape just by using the wrong pronouns to some FemiNazi b!tch.
