When they're calling out western concepts like 'punctuality', the 'protestant work ethic', 'planning for the future', and believing 'hard work is the key to success' as 'whiteness' and 'white supremacy, and saying hiring and promotion on merit is 'an inherently racist construct' ' I think they're amply demonstrating their feelings.
