CSI, CSI: New York, CSI: Miami, CSI: Cyber, NCSI, Law and Order. Which one would you chose to watch?

CSI, CSI: New York, CSI: Miami, CSI: Cyber, NCSI, Law and Order.

I have an Amazon Prime account and signed up for a bunch of free trials with different channels. The above are listed as free for 30 days.

Never got into the CSI type of shows, I did see them on TV once in a while when I was at hotels travelling. Always confusing, that there are so many of them.

I don't have the time to watch all of them before the 30 days expire, so if you had to choose, which one is better quality in terms of the storylines?

  • Contrarian changed the title to CSI, CSI: New York, CSI: Miami, CSI: Cyber, NCSI, Law and Order. Which one would you chose to watch?

Jeff Bezos does not have Miami Vice, they have plenty of real forensics.

I think for this trial, will go with the original CSI, or maybe this weekend will watch the pilot for each and make a judgement.

I used to love the NCIS shows until they got into the utter BS of hackers blowing up the computers in NCIS/FBI/CIA data centres and agents marrying each other and being allowed in the same unit.

Now it's the FBI 'channel' where I can count how many times they yell "Stop! FBI!" at suspects two blocks away and chase them 3 times per episode on 3 show in a row.

Both are entertaining for the propaganda that US agents can go into any country in the world and shoot the shit out of who they determine are 'bad guys' that broke US laws, and extradite people in mere hours.

Watched CSI a few times years ago but wasn't that entertained.

I sure as hell wouldn't pay to see any of them, enduring 20+ minutes of commercials is bad enough. That's why they're "freebies", because like that "free" P.O.S. Samsung tablet I got for buying 2 extra GB for $20 a month for 2 years, they're worthless shit.

If I had Amazon

none of the above

I'd rather watch re-runs of Miami Vice

I'd watch the Grand Tour and Clarkson's farm first.

In fact, when the latter came on Amazon I watched the whole series on the day  it became available.

With Clarkson being ''cancelled'' (not renewed) now I'll probably ditch Amazon and pay for Netflix instead once I've seen season 2.

I'll stick with Joe Rogan & Jordan Peterson

I don't watch any of that CSI, FBI crap.

If I want to watch far out fantasy I'll watch far out fantasy that isn't BS-ing me they represent reality.

Reality forensics lacks the magical, all-covering infallibility I see on those shows. Start there.

FBI shows, especially. I haven't seen one but I bet there aren't episodes about monitoring and harassing parents for not wanting their daughters to share a change room with a guy with a dingle dangle.

That sort of thing would be the reality of the new FBI.
