I too am utterly flabbergasted by the support a person like Trump gets, from the obsequious toadying of senior Republican politicians to the clueless rantings of maga hats on here, it is the sheer insanity of it all that keeps bringing me back to these threads. It's not as though I like any of the others. Trudeau, Biden, any of the last batch of British Prime Ministers, it's just that they are all politicians. Trump is a con man.
