Thank you brother sharkman for taking 1-2 minutes of your time and actually writing information without the normal tribalism of politics. I mean if you did, then we would have had another show.

Even though we might not end up agreeing with what you wrote above, the way you presented the information, you got yourself a possible curious customer, me, which wants now to look further into this.

Is all about the approach, sharkman. A simple approach gets businesses more customers and allows for ideas to be considered in my opinion.

Update: ---> Also trending in NewsWeek this morning:

Mystery Over Joe Biden Documents Taken by FBI From University of Delaware.

I’m afraid you have the wrong idea.  We are not here to meet your approval, comrade.  I suggest laying off the weed.

I think you have the wrong idea.

Nobody is suggesting to approve as we don't live in a communist system where everybody agrees with everybody. Was just observing quality where is quality. The style of writing in that specific post + information was correct. Thanks.

but who is "we" ? In my view: You are just a conspiracy theorist which likes another neo-nazi trolls postings. Home and Abroad. And 1-2 people that think like you although one of them it seems he is trying to find some reason in a different side of the forum. Good for him.

and when I show you practically who you really are and who you support (with links to an FSB bot which posts in Australia), all you have is talk about cannabis?!

You used the word "weed" uhmm, why the mainstream term? Do you smoke it and think you have sources in the CIA? Now i understand why you thought Merkel is still the German leader. 🤣

Do you not honestly see you are the clown of this board? Either people have you on ignore or simply entertain with you the way I am doing it now.

Believe me when I say, I won't ignore you. As new people post on this board they need to be aware as what kind of man you are. Is important people chose their role models correctly for success.

Otherwise, they end up like you, alone in a hole talking about cannabis when one runs out of IQ. I understand your limitations comrade.

The FBI seized more Biden documents from his senator days.  The article says that it doesn’t appear that any classified documents were found, but the FBI took documents anyway.

Not sure why they would take documents back if they are not classified, that’s interesting for sure.

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-64658951.amp

“Investigators retrieved multiple boxes from the college on two different days, according to CBS, the BBC's US partner.

The university, Mr Biden's alma mater, houses thousands of boxes of files related to his time in the Senate.”

Read the Presidential Records Act. Those documents belong to the US government, but may end up in HIS LIBRARY.

Not sure if that applies to his documents as a Senator if he never became POTUS, but certainly the Federal Records Act applies.

The weed, comrade.  Smoke less of it…

I would think someone that still believes Merkel is the German's leader and likes neo nazi content in the form of a Wagner troll which got caught posting with Soviet flags on an Australian forum, is a more likely candidate for smoking "weed"?! Yes, no?!

But, Bill Gates gave you a computer too, so you have a say too and I, as a Rand theory supporter in my bad days gets to practice more inclusivity with you.

Thanks, it’s nice to hear from someone who’s well informed on these finer points.

Well if you're into wonky stuff, Sharkman, technically it isn't the Presidential Records Act that give the Vice President some authority to declassify.

It's 2 executive orders. The first by Bush. The second by Obama.

Quote

the Vice President has authority to declassify anything that he himself classified. He also clearly has authority to declassify anything generated in the Office of the Vice President, which he supervises.

But is the Vice President, like the President, “a supervisory official” with respect to other executive branch agencies such as the CIA? Did the 2003 amendment to the executive order which elevated the Vice President’s classification authority also grant him declassification authority comparable to the President’s?

“The answer is not obvious,” said one executive branch expert on classification policy.

Progs who like to dis links are free to check out their Snopes if they prefer and see if it says much different. It only differs in not stressing the Bush order and offering up the Obama one. Oh and more partisan rhetoric, of course.

Rumour has it that more classified documents have turned up from Biden’s VP days.  Does anyone on the left care?

Does anyone care about your rumors? No.

Biden turned the docs over as soon as they were discovered and voluntarily permitted the FBI to search whatever they wanted. No court orders needed. That’s not the action of a guilty man.

Well, in this rumour, several boxes of documents were transported across state lines before the very first search.  Which was before the election.  Which suggests that they were tipped off about the search.  Which breaks several laws.

So now “guilt” is based on both a rumor and innuendo. To be clear, the only reason this came to light is because Biden freely admitted to his mistake as soon as it was discovered.

So the only “crime” is if your rumor sites make something up.

No guilt is established, but some hanky panky seems to be going on.  Here, you can read all about it:

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/national-archives-retrieved-nine-boxes-biden-records-patrick-moore-boston-office/

The boxes had been transported from a Washington, D.C., think tank to lawyer Pat Moore's firm, the Archives revealed in a letter to senators. The National Archives says it has not reviewed the material. Documents from Mr. Biden's time as vice president are required to be turned over to the Archives.

So those documents were kept safely away from all of the searches and inspections of this year.  And I’m sure you think there is nothing wrong with that.

Not seeing any violations of the law here. But let’s see where the investigation goes.  I sure don’t hear Biden insulting the Attorney General, the Prosecutor, or the FBI.
