Somebody needs to get a pic of that and photoshop Fang Fang enjoying the ride next to him in the Vette. That would be hilarious.

Actually what I asked was how classified documents got into Biden's garage.

Your fake newsy piece at CNN went into great detail about how we should believe his staffers 'diden do nuffin' when they stuffed the classified documents including Top Secret documents into Joe's Penn State office but didn't want to bother telling us who got classified documents into Joe's garage or how they did it.

I just found that a little curious. I'm wondering why you don't. And where did they discover that second horde of classified documents Joe had anyway. Nobody seems to know. CNN doesn't even seem to think it's worth making something up.

Cut the crap.
You and the whole GOP didn’t care one bit that Trump STOLE all of those classified documents.  It didn’t matter to you at all.

Suddenly… Poof! Just like that… it’s a serious crime again. So, as an FYI, that’s my way of knowing that you and your ilk are completely full of shlt.  You don’t care about protecting classified information, you don’t care about national defense. You don’t give a damn about America, or people, or anything except yourselves and getting your “team” to “win.”  When stealing classified documents is bad for you politically, then it’s irrelevant. When it’s good for you politically, it matters.  And that is why I can confidentially say that you are full of baloney.

You object to being held to the same standard you want to hold others to, I see. Why doesn't that surprise me. 'Go two tier justice! '  right? 'Go Team Prog,!'

Good luck with that. The rest of us are getting wise.

A president has the power to declassify documents.  A Vice President, which is what Biden was in 2016, does not have that power.

Never mind that Joe Biden was outside the regulations to possess them after he left office in 2017.  This is going to hurt Biden.  It doesn’t matter what he says.

I think is terrible he goes on the offence, a more humble approach would have been wiser I think.

If he is combative and not recognises his faults, the electorate will penalise him no matter what people from California that post on this board tell me.

You know what document the "Biden Attorneys" need to discover to make this stop being a crime?

Some sort of signed document from either Obama or the National archives, giving Biden or his representatives the authority to take those classified documents and store them for six years.

Until they find that one Biden or his reps  have committed a crime.

Although there doesn't appear to be any question on the documents stored in Biden's garage and home filing cabinet. Joe's the perp on both of those. Unless he can show a signed document giving him the authority to take those classified documents at home, of course. But come on, we all know he can't.

You will likely never find out because THEY ARE SECRET. Duh.

It takes time to nail down a complicated case when you have to PROVE INTENT AND KNOWLEDGE.

You are really gullible if you believe Fox LIES, esp at night when it's ALL OPINION.

God help you if Fox is your gold standard for NEWS.

You really don't KNOW ANYTHING unless you have MANY SOURCES.

Well, maybe it is you who is the gullible one here. Your constant listening to CNN or CBC does not mean that you now know what is gospel according to what your lefty liberal ilk tells you. What makes me so gullible and you not so gullible yourself? Why should I believe your crap?

Maybe, if you bothered now and then to listen to FOX NEWS at night, you may just learn something.  FOX NEWS has an opinion just like you. And besides, how are you ever going to learn anything if you refuse to listen to the other side of the story. Looks like you alright. 🙃

It really seems like Biden is being thrown under the corvette by the deep state that put him in the White House.  And it’s being done publically as a show of raw power.

When you posted this, I said to myself, there is no way you are capable of such original thought. It had to come from somewhere.

Listen to this, I like to measure myself by listening to the fringes, always. I have a few far right and far left podcast, the one on the right that I try to tune in is one person, Michael Savage.

Today, I went to get myself caught up and see where the insanity is there, and guess what? Michael Savage, this is how he started his podcast (the day you posted): "Biden is being thrown under the bus by the deep state that put him in the House".

haha  😄

And you want me to respect you and pay attention to what you are saying?

Sharkman comrade, a centrist is not a moderate, I am a not part of the "woke" with fragile feelings, every day you want to play this game, I am ready for you, now that I know where you get your ideas from, I can read you even better. Even if not Savage, probably Levin, another hero.

Basic Programming, the radio wing host said it and the sheep repeated. I told you, you would fit perfectly in communism, a mind to follow and an ability for servitude like never seen before.

Quickly to mention some important information, this is what happens when one engages with conspiracy theorists, you get lost and end up not doing the important things.

The New York Times first reported news of Klain's departure. Ron Klain plans to depart as Biden’s chief of staff after State of the Union.

Axios is reporting that Biden insisted for him to stay with many in his circle worrying about his re-election campaign.

Klain, has declared himself exhausted, I don't blame him, with a VP that does not work, and a man that says is OK to lock classified documents with his Corvette, I can imagine how stressful it must have been. 😃

DOJ seizes more classified docs from Biden's Wilmington home after 12-hour search

"

The Justice Department seized additional classified records from President Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home during a search it conducted on Friday, Fox News has learned.

The Justice Department conducted a search of the house beginning Friday morning at 9:45 a.m., which concluded Friday night around 10:30 p.m. and covered "all working, living and storage spaces in the home," Biden's personal attorney Bob Bauer said Saturday evening.

"DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President," Bauer said.

Joe Biden even had documents which were classified from the time he was a senator.

This is a timeline on the series of events posted by Axios so far:

Nov. 2    ---> The administration knew since November 2nd.

The White House discovered classified documents from Biden's time as vice president at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.

The documents were found while Biden's personal attorneys were packing files that were stored in a locked closet at the think-tank, the White House said.

"On the day of this discovery, Nov. 2, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office notified the National Archives. The Archives took possession of the materials the following morning," the White House said this week.

Nov. 4

The National Archives Office of Inspector General notified the Department of Justice that documents with classified markings were discovered at the Penn Biden Center, Garland said.

Nov. 9

The FBI launched an assessment to determine whether classified information had been "mishandled in violation of federal law," Garland said.

Nov. 14

Garland assigned Trump-appointed U.S. attorney John Lausch to conduct a preliminary investigation and determine whether a special counsel was necessary.

"I selected [Lausch] to conduct the initial investigation because I was confident his experience would ensure that it would be done professionally and expeditiously," Garland said.

Dec. 20

Biden's personal lawyer informed Lausch that additional documents with classified markings were identified at two locations, including his garage, inside the president's personal residence in Wilmington, Del.

"Biden's counsel informed Mr. Lausch that those documents were among other records from the period of the president's service as vice president."

The FBI subsequently went to the location and "secured the documents."

Jan. 5

Lausch informed Garland that "further investigation by a special counsel was warranted," following his preliminary investigation.

"I concluded that under the special counsel regulations, it was in the public interest to appoint a special counsel," Garland said.

Jan. 9

Knowledge of the first batch of classified documents, discovered at the Penn Biden Center, is first reported by CBS News.

Jan. 10   - Big Mistake in my view, maybe a better tactic would have been to come in front of this

During a news conference in Mexico City, Biden said he was "surprised" government records were taken to his old think-tank office, and added he's been cooperating fully with the National Archives and the Department of Justice.

He said he didn't know "what's in the documents" and that his lawyers had not suggested he should inquire about "what documents they were."

Jan. 12

The DOJ appointed Hur, former U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland, as special counsel in the case.

Biden's personal lawyer on Jan. 12 also informed Lausch that an additional document with classified markings was discovered at the president's personal residence in Wilmington, Del.

It was not immediately known how the additional document was discovered and why it was not part of the earlier batch found in Biden's garage.

Jan. 14

The White House announced that Biden's personal attorneys discovered an additional five pages of classified material at his home in Delaware this week while the DOJ was on site to take possession of the original classified document.

Jan. 19

While touring storm-damaged California, Biden said to reporters who questioned him about the documents, "I think you’re going to find there’s nothing there."

"We found a handful of documents were filed in the wrong place ... We immediately turned them over to the Archives and the Justice Department," the president said.

At one point visibly frustrated, Biden reiterated that he was "fully cooperating and looking forward to getting this resolved quickly."

Jan. 21

Richard Sauber, a member of the White House Counsel's Office, says additional classified documents were discovered during a Jan. 20 search at Biden's Wilmington, Delaware, home.

Bob Bauer, Biden's personal attorney, says in a separate statement that the search by the Department of Justice took almost 13 hours to complete, but neither Biden or first lady Jill Biden were present.

Six items containing classified document markings were discovered during the search, Bauer's statement said. Some of the documents were from Biden's time in the Senate, as well as his vice presidency. Handwritten notes from Biden's vice presidential years were also taken for further review.

"DOJ had full access to the President’s home, including personally handwritten notes, files, papers, binders, memorabilia, to-do lists, schedules, and reminders going back decades. DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry," the statement said.

What's next: As special counsel, Hur will investigate "whether any person or entity violated the law in connection with this manner," Garland said.

The contents of the documents have not yet been made public.

I’ve been wondering at how these documents were discovered, because the cover story is getting weaker with each new revelation.

A theory that Bongino was passed by an insider he knows, is that somebody being investigated has flipped.  Somebody being investigated in relation to Hunter Biden, the gift that keeps giving.

If this is the case, then more revelations may be forthcoming.

To my mind the only reason Biden or Trump should have the book thrown at them is if they had a plan to do something with those documents, i e. Show them to someone else.

If it was, as alleged with Trump, to have a keepsake or just Biden's incompetence then they should be sanctioned and let's move on.

If there's evidence of obstruction of justice in either case, then those should be acted on also.

"Common knowledge" from what authority? If the boxes were unopened, there was no access.

As previously DETAILED, ACCIDENTAL mishandling is much more common than understood.

YOU STILL don't understand the DIFFERENCE between accidental mishandling and REFUSAL to return.

Even though it's been EXPLAINED HERE many times. Some people are so thick headed I have to wonder if it's an ACT.

"Declassifying" does NOT change the sensitivity nor the damage that can be done by access to the documents.

Do you understand now?

Unlike Canadians HERE, I have extensive PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with US security clearances and handling CLASSIFIED documents. I held TS/SCI clearances with 2 different defense contractors. Only a few experts talking on TV shows have greater experience that they often cannot even talk about it on TV.
