Fact-based is: thank God he was finally brought to justice. Too bad he died before he squealed. It really didn't seem like anyone was trying to keep him alive long enough to testify, and consequently lot of people are happy that he "managed to commit suicide" before he squealed.

I don't think it's a really partisan topic at all, both sides are guilty of letting him carry on like he did. Politicians from both sides of the aisle and the FBI all seemed to be ok with what he was doing.
