We know you don't care about facts. That's why you're promoting "2000 Mules" as evidence when even Bill Barr said it is bullshit.

Trump is  conman and you've been conned.

There were movies made about Peter Pan and Mary Poppins. What's your point?

When the Nazis came to power their first target wasn't Jews, it was Communists, socialists and labour unions. Some socialists.

Grow up for crap sake, I find it hard to believe you actually have kids

That's because Trump is a genius compared to you and everyone on the left.

He didn't want to get people acting hysterical, but he did what he could to stop covid.

He blocked non-Americans from flying in from China when everyone else thought that was racist, back when there were only 5 covi deaths in the US.

He let 40,000+ citizens FLY BACK from China with NO quarantine, testing nor tracking.

His FIRST super-spreader event. Preventing non-Americans from flying back does not matter when he did NOTHING to prevent US citizens from spreading the disease they got in China.

Then he suddenly announced a ban on European travel, creating panic among US citizens scrambling to fly back in crowded airports with NO MASKS, and AGAIN, no quarantine, no testing and no tracking.

His SECOND super-spreader event.

He started shutting down the economy and getting the country to social distance when there were less than 100 covid deaths.

Trump did NOTHING of the sort. He DENIED the pandemic saying it would disappear in the summer.

Quote

An unfinished compendium of Trump’s overwhelming dishonesty during a national emergency.

When: Friday, February 7, and Wednesday, February 19
The claim: The coronavirus would weaken “when we get into April, in the warmer weather—that has a very negative effect on that, and that type of a virus.”
The truth: When Trump made this claim, it was too early to tell whether the virus’s spread would be dampened by warmer conditions, though public-health experts and epidemiologists were immediately skeptical of Trump’s comment. But the spring and summer have passed, and the pandemic is still raging.

When: Thursday, February 27
The claim: The outbreak would be temporary: “It’s going to disappear. One day, it’s like a miracle—it will disappear.”
The truth: Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, warned days later that he was concerned that “as the next week or two or three go by, we’re going to see a lot more community-related cases.” He was right—the virus has not disappeared.

When: Multiple times
The claim: If the economic shutdown continues, deaths by suicide “definitely would be in far greater numbers than the numbers that we’re talking about” for COVID-19 deaths.
The truth: More than 200,000 Americans have died from COVID-19. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, suicide is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. But the number of people who died by suicide in 2017, for example, was roughly 47,000, nowhere near the COVID-19 numbers. Estimates of the mental-health toll of the Great Recession are mixed. A 2014 study tied more than 10,000 suicides in Europe and North America to the financial crisis. But a larger analysis in 2017 found that although the rate of suicide was increasing in the United States, the increase could not be directly tied to the recession and was attributable to broader socioeconomic conditions predating the downturn.

Plus MANY MORE.

And he did those things while not getting everyone panicked.

He was also smarter than the WHO, they were saying that H2H transmission wasn't happening and Trump acted like it was. FYI Trump was correct, covid does spread human-to-human, incase you were wondering.

Do you wanna know what the Dems were doing back then?

1) Pretending that Trump was the guy who colluded in Ukraine lol. That's literally all te Dems were focused on in January of 2022. There was ONE question about covid in the dems presidential debates in January 2020.

Your DENIAL of Trump's impeachment means NOTHING except that you IGNORED all the evidence at his trial.

2) Giving the worst possible advice:

Here's Pelosi, almost a full month after Trump blocked travel, out in public hugging people she doesn't even know https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/nancy-pelosi-visits-san-franciscos-chinatown/2240247/

Bill DeBlasio was telling NYers to "Ride the subway and go to restaurants like normal" two weeks after Trump blocked those flights.

Gov Cuomo was making fun of Trump on TV, then sending infected people into care homes without getting them tested, he specifically forbade testing, and then when they were dying there he'd send them to the hospital and din't log them in the state's care-home death toll.

I've heard all of the retarded leftists claptrap about covid before. You have no morals, scruples or ethics, you're just gonna lie your way through this topic like every other leftist does.

Anything Democrats did wrong DOES NOT EXCUSE Trump's NUMERIOUS LIES and EXCESS DEATHS.

Unelected Joe is a left winger. He is a fascist.

Fascists are left wingers. Period.

Earth to Imbecile: Government control of everything is a SOCIALIST/FASCIST left wing concept.

Example:
Trump decreased government regulation and cut taxes. Gave us the best economy of the 21st Century.

Unelected Joe reinstated government regulation, raised taxes and infected the country with inflation. We're now in the WORST ECONOMY of the 21st Century.

Only a cretin thinks otherwise.

I think any clear look at Facism will demonstrate that is nearly exclusively a right wing extention. Here is what Wikipedia says in part

Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, ultra-nationalist political ideology and movement,[1][2][3] characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation and race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy.[2][3]

Fascism rose to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.[4][5] The first fascist movements emerged in Italy during World War I, before spreading to other European countries, most notably Germany.[4] Fascism also had adherents outside of Europe.[6] Opposed to anarchism, democracy, pluralism, liberalism, socialism and Marxism,[7][8] fascism is placed on the far-right wing within the traditional left–right spectrum.[4][8][9]

Citizens.

Did the US have the right to block their own citizens from flying home? Can you imagine if they tried?

Contrast that with the gov't of Canada who let anyone fly here from China, Canadian or not, with the same set of restrictions....

You have to admit, Trump did way better than Trudeau in this regard and it's not even close. Trudeau was slack-jawed and did nothing, Trump did everything he could at that moment

Again, Trump took every reasonable action he could to block covid, even against the recommendations of The WHO, he just didn't unilaterally end democracy.

By contrast, Trudeau took no action at all, aside from giving away our PPE to China. We got nothing in return.

Oh sweet, is that another comprehensive list from WashPo?

You know that they're worthless liars, right?

Trump's biggest lie about covid is that there is a vaccine. That's the biggest lie in the history of the world. No other covid lie is of any significance.

Huh? Are you on glue?

An example of a crime in Ukraine was when Biden used executive power to shut down an investigation into Burisma to protect his son's corrupt business activity.

Trump asked Zelensky to get info about crowdstrike, but nothing was contingent upon that.

The impeachment was a farce.

Trump did the right things.

Dems committed obvious crimes and did what they could to exacerbate the situation, then just shrieked about the deaths.

Deaths aren't down now, but the shrieking about deaths has stopped. All they shriek about now is getting people to inject the worthless vax. So weird.

1. People.

2. In a national emergency? Of course they did.  As I recall the sky's over, around and coming into America were emptied of airplanes within hours of 9/11.

3. That's easy, the usual suspect would come unglued and blame Trudeau.

1) There's a difference between "citizens" who want to fly back to the US and "people" who want to fly to the US.

For citizens it's a right, for others it's a privilege.

2) 9/11 was on quite a different magnitude than the beginning of covid. The Dems wanted everyone in the world to fly into the US and hug people in big crowds in early 2020. It was just Trump and the GOP who felt like it was important to keep covid at bay to whatever extent possible. It was like social distancing on a national level.

3) That was your best answer, and it was a joke. Go figger.

1. There's zero difference from COVID's point of view - the stupider the better.

For COVID it was a real opportunity.

No, NOT from WAPO which you would KNOW if you KNEW HOW to click on the LINK.

I KNOW that YOU'RE the worthless liar. OTOH, WAPO has a LONG and DISTINGUISHED record of CREDIBILITY.

And you're a foreigner who does nothing here but MALIGN US government institutions.

Maybe you should stick to Canadian politics which you MAY know something about.

The US Government can definitely quarantine US citizens. So the government could have said that Americans returning to the US must stay in a quarantine center and they must pay for it.

Covid doesn’t care whether you’re a citizen or not.

Kinda ripe that leftists started off this topic shrieking that the travel ban was racist and useless, now the criticism has switched to "It wasn't extensive enough."

Trump did what he could, and he took action over and above what the WHO was recommending. At the same time, Trudeau was doing nothing but giving away our PPE.

You'll never acknowledge any of that though, so talking to you is pointless.
