Apparently the child ingested the Fentanyl while playing in a pile of leaves nearby.

No one denies that there are drug problems everywhere. Of course, thanks to the LAST legally elected President of the United States (Trump), hemp is now legal, nationwide. Florida also has medical marijuana, and a prescription is very easy to obtain. In a couple of years, there may be some data involving either use or abuse of kratom, CBD, Kava, or other more natural intoxicants.

But I won't deny there are cretins in Florida abusing drugs, using and selling meth, cocaine, crack, etc. That occurs in every state.
